Khoroch Phase 1 is a web-based commerce platform for sellers and customers. Mobile apps and AI automation features are outside this phase scope.

These terms summarize how Khoroch Phase 1 should be used by sellers, customers, and administrators.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for product accuracy, stock updates, payment instruction correctness, and manual shipping/tracking status updates.
Manual payment policy
Payments are manually verified by sellers using submitted transaction details and optional proof images. No automatic gateway is included in Phase 1.
Order and risk data
Customer behavior metrics and risk labels are provided to reduce delivery failure and fraud risk. Admin may update risk notes using verified external inputs.
Service updates
Khoroch may update platform workflows, pricing, and terms with prior notice as the product evolves beyond Phase 1.
